Challenge Day

All pupils at Skinners' Temple Grove participated in Challenge Day on Thursday, which saw them working in their house groups to complete games, puzzles and tasks. All the students were paired up for a reading buddies challenge with our older students being so supportive and inclusive of our younger students who loved having an older buddy for the morning.

Stories were created around the magical pirate garden we have just installed, and maths investigations undertaken to make and fly paper plates; we even found a few stray culprits in the office this morning! For our reception children this was their first experience of a challenge day and the excitement was plain to see. They are looking forward to the next challenge day next term.
