We extend our heartfelt thanks to Folly Wildlife volunteer Joan who came to spend the morning of Monday with us here at Skinners' Temple Grove.

Joan imparted a lot of information about the wildlife hospital, which animals they see a lot of from Deer to Hedgehogs, Frogs, pigeons and badgers and the work they do with fieldmice to help increase their population. We learned the sounds different wildlife birds make and that lions do not form part of British Wildlife with some very enthusiastic questions from our pupils.

We have been left some suet balls to add to our Forest School and we will shortly be re-visited by a different Folly volunteer who will be making bug hotels and shelters with our children during Forest School sessions.

Thank you for all the cat food donations, Folly were very appreciative of them. Any additional or forgotten donations can be dropped into the school office and will be delivered to Folly in the half term break.
